Nike Lady Dri-Fit Running Hat and Gloves Gift Pack

When I ordered this product, Amazon said I would not receive this for a month. The company, SportsShoes, immediately responded by saying I would receive it within 14 days. It has a month and I have not yet received it. I've been in touch with the company, they sent me a claims form that I needed to print and sign to send to England, but they only allowed 4 days for it to get there. I sent it immediately, however, it will not make the deadline so I informed SportsShoes of this but they have not responded. I am very disappointed as this was to be a Christmas present for my daughter-in-law. She wasn't real happy either.

The gloves and hat were great for my NY winter runs. I used them on my cold morning runs and during my 1st half marathon and i didnt notice them at all. extremely confortable and warm. I would recommend to all my friends. I dont use the little key pockets on the glove since my shorts have pockets.
